Please read through this page and then fill out the FREE Consultation form at the bottom.

"I am grateful to have 'accidentally found' your website in 2013. I have been following your protocol almost to the letter for all these years. Sparkey was given 6 mo. to live with Liver Shunt Disease and is now a healthy and well dog.   His liver enzymes and bile acid levels are normal now.   What you state on your website has proven to be true for me and my animals. Thank you so much, words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation."

I am here to help your dog also, if possible, by helping you change what you are feeding them.  I do not give medical advice.  That is something that a licensed medical professional does and is not what I do.

It is important for you to share with me your dog’s background first.  I need to find out what is going on with your dog, what type of foods you are feeding them, etc.

Please start this process by sending me your contact information below so I may assist you.

You will be receiving a questionnaire back by email from info@doglivershunt.com

Please check your SPAM or junk mail folder as sometimes this email gets diverted
    there.

I WILL REPEAT IT AGAIN ..........CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR THE QUESTIONNAIRE EMAIL IF IT IS NOT IN OUR INBOX IN 24 - 48 HOURS.   I will assume that you have gotten the questionnaire and have decided not to return it if I don't hear back from you.

Unfortunately, I do not have time to contact you to make sure that you have received the questionnaire email.
It is up to you to make sure that you get this emailed questionnaire.  WITHOUT IT I CANNOT HELP YOU.    You can also give me a call.

Once you have returned the completed questionnaire,  I will prepare comments and specific recommendations for your dog and then email them to you.

Please don't request help if you have NO intentions of making significant changes to what you are feeding your dog.  I don't have time to waste on people just "checking things out" or just curious about my approach.  There are too many dogs that need my help.

You can check things out by reading Reviews Click here or Testimonials Click here.

There is an abundance of dogs to help and not enough time to do it in.  I am here to help as many dogs as I can, including yours if you are serious.

Here is a comment I received from someone following my program for only a short while:
"I'm so thankful for your help, knowledge and method. It might sound crazy to some people but it really works.  To see (my dog) today, I would never have believed you."

    I
look forward to helping you and your dog.  Please check your information after entering it below and before sending it as I can't help you if I cannot contact you.

MAKE SURE that your EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT.   MAKE SURE THAT YOU SEND A PHONE NUMBER SO THAT I CAN CONTACT YOU IF THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT.

Also, please realize that you will NOT get the questionnaire immediately as this is not automated.  I know that you are anxious for help.    I look at each request and have to manually send you the questionnaire.  Your patience is appreciated.  I am usually able to get the questionnaire email to you within 24 hours - sometimes 48 hours if it is the weekend.

If you don't get the questionnaire within 48 hours and it is not in your SPAM folder then contact me again and have me resend it.

Consult with your local Veterinarian or Veterinary Hospital for any Emergency Medical Advice or Services.

If your dog is NOT in a crisis condition then fill out the form below.
